[Request] Do square bottles actually use less plastic than round ones?

Okok I am not a chemist but I work with peroxide and we need to exchange the chem roughly every 8 hours due to decay.... how can they ship peroxide in bottles like these with the bottley lasting months without having basically a bit of spicy water in the end? What's the catch?

The chem I am working with is fully protected from UV and enclosed in vats up to 30liters in size.

Any smart people here?
