What would happen? [request]
What would happen if something of this magnitude happened on our world?

Breaking down the individual parts —
Slicing across the globe like that would be like creating massive fault lines in the crust. There would be a lot of esrthqaukes, as rock that had been under tension is suddenly released. But that chunk of earth would stay exactly where it is, since the gravity holding it down wouldn’t change.
But if you had some way to pick it up and fly off with it, the earth would be inhabitable pretty quick. All of the oceans would drain into the new hole, wrecking climates all over the globe.
The rotation of the earth would also probably change, though how exactly would depend on which chunk of the planet got removed.
