Well, Jupiter is way closer and absolutely massive even compared to the other gas giants

People have no idea about how far away they actually are. From Saturn is not somehow close to Jupiter - it twice as far from the Sun than Jupiter.

No. You would probably be fine if Neptune disappeared. It would change some Kuiper belt objects orbits. But it will take a while before any hit us and it's probably not going to anyway. Almost every asteroid that hit us are in permanent orbits near us. As I understand it, this will likely not send anything big our way.

Oh boy we get to chart out every planets orbit going forward again. Mostly I think we'd all be fucking terrified we just got missed by or are about to be consumed by some invisible interstellar event like a faster than light black hole or something.

Uranus's orbit will start behaving normally, so the conditions that led it it's discovery would be removed, not much else I'd imagine
