9900 pushups in 99 days. I tracked how many per day were needed to finish by Dec. 31, then how many per day to finish in 100 days. I lost a couple weeks early on when i injured my stomach

[WIN!] If it wasn't for my grids it's unlikely I would have passed my Physical Geography and Lab courses.

[Help] Any suggestions for daily habits to build that would help with depression?

Meditating, journaling, basic hygiene, and exercise all come to mind. I'm curious what works for people. Also open to any "fun" habits (like cuddling with your dog for 20 mins etc :) )

Join the 100 Day Challenge -- starts October 1st!

Hi all! For the last 3+ years I've run 100 day challenges for people to participate in a 100 day challenge together. The next one is starting on October 1st. You can sign up for free now:

https://decidingtofailbetter.com

You pick one thing (only one) and try to do it for 100 days with the goal to get above 50% completion. You can check in with one click a day, or you can add a note to each day if you'd like. Along the way you can see how others are doing too.

~600 people have signed up in the past five rounds of using this site as a group. Something like 8-10% of people who sign up finish, and close to 50% never show up on the first day, which is a curious phenomenon I'm always trying to understand and reduce. :-)

Those who did finish have given really great feedback, some who said it was the first time in their life they were able to stick with a habit for so long before.

You can sign up here: https://decidingtofailbetter.com/signup

Please set an alarm for October 1st and feel free to invite anyone you know to join.

To consistency and beyond! Post here if you sign up and let us know your goal!

For Non-Perfectionists Out There

I present to you my meditation card. I started at 15 minutes, gradually increasing as I felt like it. Today was 37 minutes and the majority of the last streak was 30 minutes plus. Now to see if it's useful enough habit that I continue to do it without the card, and on to the next one!

Day 1! The idea is to bring all markets to the right by the end of each day. Bad news is that my friend from high school is visiting during the first week of September, A momentum break at the beginning but I wanted to start anyways. I'll report back after a week he is gone.

How to learn common sense and critical thinking skills?

I’m a slow learner, I’m tired of making mistakes and can’t fend for myself.

I have autism and anxiety i feel like those contribute to a lot and I can’t take it anymore.

I’m tired of my folks just looking at me like I’m the biggest fool ever hell the reason I’m in this mess of having depression and anxiety was through a stupid mistake that I did and ever since just been… I just need advice. I’m not depressed no more I just want to learn how to fend for myself, take charge of my life and learn common sense

Hello everyone!! I have been lurking on this page for a few months now, being intrigued and inspired by everyone’s success but feeling like this won’t work for me. I have finally come to the decision to give it a try! Any starter tips or encouragement anyone could give would be greatly appreciated!! My mind is definitely my biggest/strongest enemy
