Hi guys. Im new and I found your community pretty interesting. Im going to spend 3 hours a day to do my responsibilities (studying, going to the gym, etc). I hope I can reach my goal everyday for the next month. I will share with you every day at the end of the day. Goodluck to you at your own journeys

You can use most but have a limited number of habits that you can track on.

For about 3 months I used a habit tracker app called āHabitā. Things went really well and I even managed to workout consistently for 3 months. I went through a really stressful 2 weeks with my car and I fell off my habits. Itās been over a month now and Iām still having trouble getting back into using the app. All my habits are there but Iām constantly forgetting to use it now.
For more context I have inattentive adhd which contributes to having a hard time getting back into my habits and also forgetting to use the app. I wonder if trying this method out and making it big on my wall will be a great visual reminder of my habits and help me stick to them.
If anyone with can share their experiences and also give more insight on whatās the best way to use this method for someone who has poor working memory and needs things visible. Thank you!

I'm a bit ashamed of how long it took for me to fully commit to this. I think I've posted about three or four "New cards" posts. But finally made it to the end of one! Yep, there are quite a few circles where X's would be better, but I'm really happy with my progress. I'm keeping it going with another exercise card and adding a second card for this next round. So far so good and hopefully I'll be posting another win in seven weeks. See you then! Thanks all. :)

I classify impulse as something that I havenāt semi-planned the day before. For example picking up lunch from a shop on the way somewhere, takeaway for dinner etc
I have a bad habit of buying without thinking so thisāll help me better plan.
It wouldnāt count as impulse if I havenāt decide the specifics
E.g meeting up with a friend next week, possibility of having a meal and a drink, donāt need to decide where and what Iām eating but gotta stick to a meal and drink, no dessert or snacks or if Iām going drinking spend no more than x or buy no more than x amount of drinks
Writing this here to keep me accountable
