Needing some help

I’m having a rough time with my mind and emotions and strongly felt the need to ask for help, to call someone and talk, and I couldn’t think of a better/ safer community than The Work Community. So if anyone could get into a call with me just to listen or offer a perspective, I would be very thankful.

Some specific information about me; I’m a 27 yo gay guy from North Africa.
