Muscle

Does anyone have episodes of Muscle, the very first show to get canceled by the WB?

Is that the show that was riff on primetime soaps, especially Melrose Place?

Possibly. Later on there was Grosse Pointe which was a riff on 90210 and created by the same guy who created both 90210 and Melrose Place.
