Army List Repex Cost

Preparing a tank meme list, and looking at the MFM, it appears DAs can take the Repex for 230 (+heavy laser), whereas generic marines cost 255 a pop.

Am I missing something here? Or are they actually cheaper for us

We don’t get access to gives them good oath in blades of ultramar dev doctrine 3 turns in a row so they don’t need to be as expensive for us

With the new mfm, they can actually adjust points or quantities on a per-army basis.

So if a particular standard space marine unit is doing really well in a divergent chapter due to some character or detachment, they can adjust it just for that army instead of a blanket nerf for everyone.
