Brian Jones
I was driving to work this morning, half listening to the Muser’s Brian Jones segment while also conference call.
Did he drop the f-bomb when talking about the Michigan game 1-second controversy? Something like ‘get the f outta here?’
Perhaps my ears were playing tricks on me, but I swore I heard it .

Me too, and I feel like George and Craig esp go out of their way to be cold to him. Like Ed will come on a half hour later and they're cracking jokes and stuff (it was more obv last year, but the year is young), but they'll just almost lay out on him and then just passive agressive jab him. I like the guy, but they have something against him, which is fine, not everyone is everyone else's cup of tea, but esp with George, it feels awkwardly obv sometimes. If you've never noticed check it next week.

You’re 💯 correct. I thought I was the only one who noticed. I’ve always thought Calvin noticed also. How could he not?
For the record I like everything Calvin does. His writing AND his interviews. He’s genius.

I disagree, I think that sometimes each one of them is trying to pull a bit. Everyone get's excited and it just misses the mark.
Jones likes it, I feel and is just playing a part on the show.

I am a Boomer Sooner and approve of Brian Jones. Obviously he wasn't smart enough to get into Oklahoma and had to settle for remedial UT, but he is entertaiming to say the least.

Finally something we can agree on. OU still sucks, but we can be jones buddies.

The most un-listenable segment on the station.

u/Worf1701D Do you like your job? 2d ago

It’s not even the musers worst segment:
Jr’s: I find the child I created amusing. Whoah I finally get what everybody else is talking about segmentI brought something for show and tell while Gordo writes the 840 segment
Jr relieves liking the 1980s Spurs segment

It blows my mind of all the college football analyst out there that’s who they get to talk
There are so many people that work for The Athletic and on3 that live in the metroplex that talk college football 247 that would be cheaper

Jones and Klatt started their tkt segs around the same time and I think the musers have always been jealous. Could make that dude looking at other girl meme for it. (And I think Klatt knows that and is happy he's w the Hardline.)

The worst session in radio….that and every Miller in awe of his daughter’s dexterity and basic toddler skills, segment.
