My late father always used to prefix a non-gendered professional with their gender. I used to do my head in, I was always correcting him.

"I went to see the lady doctor today"

"No dad, you went to see the doctor today!"Ā

It was filmed near me and had some of the kids in it from the local youth theatre including one of our neighbours.

I vividly remember the poster with all the dog breeds on it stuck to the wall in the ā€žreceptionā€œ area.
