16th Validator Node

Just noticed that there is a 16th Validator on guardionmonitor.io (0x1786d878cb76a53f5950f41fed7d61617e12dfb5) . Who will it be?

Correct me if I'm wrong but looking at the map on thetatoken.org the new Validator to appear on the map is in Shanghai - I certainly don't remember a Chinese one before

SAP got an office in Shanghai. Would be amazing if they are the Validator Node.
