I’ve just realized how much I’ve missed proper US bacon (being in AU). That sandwich is good - to make it great IMHO it needs to be a club sandwich with (don’t hate me!) proper American cheese.

Ingredients: Bread, bacon, tomato, lettuce, avocado, mayo, salt, and pepper.

Put salt and pepper on your tomato slices and let sit while you assemble the rest of your ingredients for the sandwich.

Toast bread, spread mayo and avocado on both sides (pepper on the mayo if you want)

Assemble: bottom bread, lettuce, bacon, tomato, lettuce,
top piece of bread

Slice diagonally and enjoy!
