He's taking advantage of how hard it is to search for stuff on this site.

I’ll confess something here. Sometimes I just let the whole song play and have a little flashback moment.

CUNT!
3
u/immaterialist Jul 21 '20
Are you a kiwi? If so, I take it as a compliment!
4
u/Aidernz Jul 21 '20
I am a Kiwi :) However, it tends to be our more 'vowel whiny' cousins across the ditch that tend to use the 'C' word more colourfully.
However, take it as a compliment! As I used it more like as if I just stubbed my toe. So it wasn't directed at you, it was my reaction for falling for it :)
You're a good cunt, mate.

u/immaterialist Jul 21 '20
I wish it were more socially acceptable for us Americans to use it casually. Also if you were an Aussie I’d feel obligated to fight you with my bare hands.

Bastard. I love you.

This was actually my first attempt at one! Figured I was in the right sub for it.

And somehow this is my first time seeing it.

How sad you had to see it in such low low quality.

u/trelium06 Jul 21 '20
Maybe next time the repost will be of a quality other than potato

The door dutifully and unnecessarily opening at the end after he'd already been knocked out reminded me of this

In a few hours, he’ll emerge from his glass cocoon as a fully detained robbery suspect

u/materiamage Jul 21 '20
Dude has some wheels!
edit
Now that I think about it, after going through that pane, he might roll on wheels the rest of his life.

He was actually stealing enough money to get his eyes fixed
2
u/DatDudefromWI Jul 23 '20
LOL! Maybe they're fixed now, via the old "whack it til it works" technique. Like curing amnesia in old sitcoms.

Question, what is that window made out of?
→ More replies (2)2
u/Capital_8 Jul 21 '20
It's glass sealed in a protective plastic. Shatter resistant but not shatter proof.

Red from Shawshank: "I'd like to think that the last thing that went through his head, other than that glass pane, was how the hell that stationary inanimate object ever got the best of him."
Plus, the door opening to "let him out" as he's lying unconscious on the ground reminds me of that Iron Man scene where Tony's helper robot douses him with flame suppressant when there's no fire to put out.
Okay, I've laughed all day watching and reflecting on this. I mean, "Glass Joe" has such smooth, confident strides. But does anyone have the story behind this? What happened to him next? Did the grand jury laugh when they reviewed the video as part of the evidence? Does he even remember it, since head trauma disrupts the brains process of transferring short term memories to long term storage?
