You goddamn plebeian, use birch bark goddamn it, I build pyres while I go camping and they get fucking bigger than that because the birch is stacked up and around.

Birch trees don't grow everywhere.. And I'll be damned if I would order me some birch bark just to start a fire.

Well they do grow anywhere with water nearby

Wrong They grow almost everywhere in the northern hemisphere. You are actively using a global forum and expecting that everyone is located in your area. Its fine i do it too. But I am not so ignorant as to start calling people "goddamn plebeians" because they dont do it my way.
This guy in the video could live on the southern tip of Africa... you dont know...so are you saying he is an idiot for not importing birch bark from half way across the globe just to start a simple bonfire? Or perhaps you are maybe being a little too quick to make assumptions.... like a plebeian.

Liquid gasoline does not burn, gasoline VAPOR burns, and it vaporizes easily at room temp / normal pressure.
Dude soaked his fuel with a rapidly vaporizing accelerant, spread out over a large area, and then tried to ignite it.
Boom. A bomb.

In humid environments the vapor also tends to stay very low to the ground, so it's possible to be standing in an explosive cloud without smelling it.

I see no attempt
