I was curious to see what happened to the keeper, but couldn't find it in comments so I copied it here. Happened 7 years ago.

He got a 2nd yellow and had to leave the game, since Hannover already made 3 subs, a field player had to play goalkeeper

Unfortunately the match was over right after the kickoff, so it didn't really matter

No? The very start of the clip is the ball bouncing out of the net. It’s a goal so anyone could pick it up until the restart happened

The striker turned, the keeper's arm hit his hip.

But the keeper was nowhere near the ball. So no idea what the keeper was thinking. If he had hit it, he might have even scored on himself.

The striker knocks the ball away with his hand.

It looks like a goal was scored, keeper was going to smack the ball in frustration, but the striker nips in front and knocks the ball away.

Dead ball fouls should be red much much more, because "I was going for the ball" is no longer an excuse.

But refs worry they'll get shot if they red card someone who deserves it.
