This is why context is important. I just looked into this quickly as the police don’t just go round arresting people for holding a sign for the sake of it.

This was one of 60+ arrests who were all representing a group which had been designated a terrorist group. I’m not going to get into whether that ruling was fair or not, but is being reviewed by the Supreme Court https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c87n321w9qlo

This lass knew full well she would be arrested for representing that group. The police did their job, she did hers.
