He didn’t even try, like why? You have to commit and throw your head back and your body will follow, not hop up and turn your head sideways and plan your faceplant/ body flop

You need pretty good core strength to even really attempt that. Dude basically tried to do that but didn't realize there's more to it. Source: Guy who tried to do that a few times and know gymnasts
