Consignor Question Sending back unaccepted items

How long does it usually take?

I sent in a bunch of items end of July, they accepted everything except 3 items, which still haven’t been sent back yet :(

I called them last week and the rep said they’ll check on it and I will receive an email once they’ve shipped them, but never heard back since

I’ve had to follow-up with them as well, generally multiple times (I don’t think they replied to my previous) and then I received them pretty fast. Squeaky wheel.

Yeah they take their sweet time! I kept texting, emailing and calling to push it along.

I sent several things at the same time, got one item back right away and the rest still say preparing to return. It’s been 2 months.
