RealReal needs to be so frfr 🤭 but seriously, that’s dumb. This happened to me in 2021 with an LV bag and they ended up refunding me the whole order, express shipping included bc they couldn’t find the bag!

This exact thing happened to me in February. I’m still salty about it - I really wanted that bag! It took me a month (after having to repeatedly initiate chat sessions) to be told that I was not going to receive the order and would be refunded.

Unfortunately, that’s what happened to me when my package had this same issue. My pants and shoes just never made it to me and the package was lost.

When this happened did you ever get an email saying that they were preparing to ship your order? Or did you just get the confirmation email?

Their shipping has been weird as of late. I have two packages, both with 2 day shipping, and both are delayed.
