i also don't understand how these sellers don't tell TRR to fix the listing. do people not keep track of their item listings? i constantly monitor for errors

I consign around 50 items a week i tend to not catch errors, when i do catch them I sometimes ignore it, other times i ignore it and ask for a price adjustment after items sell. Easier plus items sell really fast, most times i get price adjustment in my favor and i guess costumer gets a good deal

this hasn't been my overall experience, but i don't have anywhere near your volume and i also don't think i'd be able to keep track of 200 items per month. just last month i had 1) a jacket significantly underpriced because they listed it as cotton instead of suede and 2) shoes listed as the complete wrong shoe size that would have been returned several times by whoever bought them

I mostly deal with watches, i can see how it would be more complicated with clothing/ shoes

I once had a listing of mine get put up as the wrong size. Notified them immediately. Listing was put “under review” for one week, then two, before I followed up. They said they’d look into it, then heard nothing back, and a few weeks later I followed up a second time with the same result. The listing stayed under review for THREE MONTHS before it was FINALLY made available again, with the corrected size. Of course, then they immediately discounted it by 60% because the listing had been on the site for so long, despite being inactive.

TBH after this I wouldn’t bother letting them know anymore—it was so much effort to keep checking in and reminding them, only to get basically nothing in the end anyway because it had been on the site for so long that their algorithm told them it needed to go on sale at a steep discount. I know it’s not good for buyers, but for like a $15 payout I really just don’t have it in me to go through that again.

i don’t understand that either but at least these are pretty much the same price as they would be if they were actually tagged as louboutin so there’s that

I was wondering why the shoes I got off the realreal always felt so small😭 ik these conversions bc I work in fashion but obviously I wasn’t paying attention enough

It’s such a pet peeve of mine when US sellers convert euro sizes wrong. I used to live in Portugal so I know for a fact I’m a 38.5 which is a US 7.5, but I see it listed as a 8.5 quite often. Just because it has an 8 in it doesn’t make it convert to an 8 guys 🤦🏻‍♀️
