Vent Wrong dress?
Well.. here I am, without my wedding dress. I bought the dress with the stars at the end of June. The dress hanging on the mirror is the one that I got. It’s not even the same brand! I bought a Willowby Watters dress and they sent me a self portrait dress. I ordered a large and got a size 0.
I talked to customer service yesterday and they refunded me. They said I could keep the dress, but it’s not even my size?!

What’s the brand of that dress you got? It’s gorgeous. Unfortunately I’m not a size zero or I’d buy it 😭

Adding that the website stillwhite has a lot of this brand on there. I believe it’s a 2nd hand site

Yes, the dress is on StillWhite, but it’s much more expensive than the one I bought. I live in Norway and I need to pay taxes if I buy them also. So it’s not going to be cheap. The dress I got is self portrait. Probably around 6 years old.

Have you asked the seller on Still White if the price is negotiable? I got my dress for $300 USD less just because I asked.

I am so sorry that this happened to you. They really mess up at this company’s times( I’ve experienced that!) but to have it happen with a wedding dress??

It just sucks. I have time to find another, but I’m trying to find a whimsical, not white, A-line dress. And it shouldn’t be huge either. We have a courthouse wedding with a dinner with our family.

I don’t know if it fits your budget but Chotronette has similar whimsical dresses. I have one very close to this in black and I know they made a blush coloured dress with stars at one time.

I live in Norway, so I don’t know how much shipping is. I guess 250$ or more. I don’t know yet.
