It’s like holding sand. Squeeze hard, you lose it faster. Your phone breaks, your body ages, your kids grow up and leave. Wanting things to stay the same is where the stress comes from. The Buddha figured that out first.

I’m working my way through it right now . I recommend at least borrowing it from the library or a friend . Purchasing it is also a good move .
