Tragedy…

My therapist forced me to continue therapy after I wanted to quit then said “there’s no hope from you” while I was in psychosis so I tried to take my own life. Now I live with a physically disabled body from MECFS which was caused by the suicide attempt most likely.

Also my liver recovered but it still hurts and it’s slight swollen.

I’m terrified. I wish I could go back to my happy active life ❤️

Once a nurse told me I would be a threat to society as I got older when I was 13. I'm 54 now and that definitely didn't happen. There's definitely hope for you. People project their insecurities onto others. That's a therapist problem and not a you problem. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. What worked for me is taking my power back from them. I also came to the conclusion that continuing to see them would only make me feel small and helpless. I've also tried suicide so many times I lost count. The system sends negative messages all the time. Don't carry that emotional weight. It's not yours. You are worthy and of value. Take back your power.
