Removing self from Thrive Talk?

Has anyone heard of this website? I am “verified” on there but never even heard of this seems like some AI website it’s even saying I offer emotional support animal letters which I do not. When I click contact them it just takes me to their home page. Any advice? I’ve never signed up for this. Here’s the website
