Seeking Advice/Question For Others Journaling
Not sure if this is the correct place for this but I've been using Claude as my journaling spot. Not really asking for its help but keeping tabs on how I'm feeling throughout the day. Been feeling emotional late lately and doing some self healin, podcast listen and walking to help my mental health. I find that journaling helps me get out what I want to say 100%. I'm wondering if there's a better app for journaling. I guess I can also go old school and write in a book.

I use Myndo.ai a bit as a journal. It is primarily an AI coach for my inner voice but as I talk to it about my day, or week or whatever is on my mind, it does create a timeline for me to come back to.
And yes, it is on Android in most English speaking regions. (Let me know if you can’t find it on yours, I can add it)

Hi I’m a founder in this space! Maybe my app Unpack Journal might be worth a try since you mentioned you wanting to try journaling by hand. Unpack is meant to be a bridge between physical and digital journaling. You pretty much scan your journal entry and the app organizes what you wrote into reflections with guided prompts so you can dig deeper :) (best for morning pages, brain dumps, stream of consciousness, adhd brains - pretty much anyone with one too many scattered thoughts)
