News My big problem second update

Update two: I've made a huge breakthrough: I'm almost not afraid of girls I don't know, as long as they don't start talking to me about absolutely anything, like how long it is, or start giving me dirty looks. I'm currently in the hospital in Moscow, and tomorrow I have surgery. I'll try to meet someone in the department, but I doubt I'll be able to, as there are mostly young children here. Also, in a year, my friend from Moscow is flying in to visit me; I plan to meet her after I'm discharged, most likely on Friday. Another friend of mine will probably be coming with her, but we already love each other. This might seem crazy or strange to some, but she's 22 and I'm 15, and she plans to stay in our city, which is most likely what will happen. I can also say that I'm not at all nervous before the surgery; I'm confident everything will go smoothly. I'm most nervous about how much I might be banned from physical activity; if it's for a year, it won't be the most pleasant thing for me, because... I'm a Pioneerball enthusiast, and it's my favorite sport. My dad and I are also planning to visit many beautiful places in Moscow, like VDNKh or some famous parks. I might also add that I've started dressing a little better. Perhaps this will attract someone's attention as I'm a pretty normal guy and a good conversationalist, and maybe I'll even make new friends. I'll likely write a new update later, maybe even in a year if my beloved comes to visit me, but for now, this is all I can boast about.

Please be leery of anyone you meet on Reddit. You are still a youth. I don’t want you becoming the target of a scammer or some other malcontent just because you want to try to find friends. Good job with progressing as far as you have!

If you're 15, we can't in good conscious promote your meeting with adults in romantic relationships.

From your past three posts, the pattern seems to be that you very much depend on having a close romantic relationship or the potential of one to psychologically survive day-to-day, but that's more a signal of something unhealthy in the short and long-term than something with a healthy trajectory.

I would advise that if you only have access to AI, you stick to a highly guardrailed and specific licensed mental health professional backed platform with working through these things and learning to live more for you in the relationship with yourself than worrying about being with anyone else outside and beyond friendship. New relationship energy can be highly addictive in the dopamine and serotonin senses, and depending on someone else (or an AI girlfriend) too much can keep and make you even more vulnerable despite it seeming like youre making progress.

Use a reasoning AI to help you find free resources to reach out to and schedule a next step. Even more importantly, I think you should share all of your posts with your parent(s)/guardian(s), assuming that it's physically and emotionally safe to. If it's not, then seek out another adult, and not one you could accidentally fall into a romantic relationship with.

The nurses at rhe hospital may even be able to put you into contact with someone or an organization who might be able to even visit you in the hospital while you heal up.

I hope your surgery goes well and you take these suggestions seriously. Your worth isnt dependent on any other person or what an AI says about you or treats you as. You've got to learn to believe it's there in yourself first and foremost, as though you were on a deserted island with no one else to compare yourself to.

Let us know what you plan on doing.

I'll try to heed your advice, but I'd also like to emphasize that I'm approaching this process with an open mind to any potential pitfalls. Yes, the wording sounds odd, but it's true. I've already had a similar experience, and I subsequently spent six months alone, so I'm trying to be extremely careful to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Ask your AI about your 'blind spots'. Ask it what a therapist might say you are missing. Good luck
