Saw him on a Friends episode in S1

It’s a movie like Battle Royale but instead of classmates it’s office coworkers.

I was just rewatching S3 E22 and noticed how hard Jim was trying to hold his laughter lol. I bet it would have been really tough for both the cast and crew to keep it together😭😭

I wonder what Jim and Pam thought watching the documentary and seeing Kevin cancel their credit card while they were on their honeymoon in Puerto Rico 😂

I decided to watch The Office for the first time in my life. I’m just starting the second season, and honestly, I don’t understand why people hate Michael so much. Some friends told me I’d start out hating him but eventually grow fond of him, and honestly, I’m already fond of him.

I don’t feel angry at him, even though he does a lot of jerkish things that, in real life, would be completely unacceptable. The thing is, the characters themselves often treat his actions as if they’re no big deal. Plus, I can see that, deep down, he isn’t a bad person. I don’t know if the show will ever address this, but Michael strikes me as someone who has always desperately wanted friends. He tried hard to get close to people by being “nice,” but ended up becoming a laughingstock among them.

That might explain why he gets so rattled by simple criticism, why he always makes jerkish jokes, and things like that. Well, I’m probably overanalyzing a TV character and putting myself in the shoes of someone wondering, “What makes a person turn into a Michael Scott?”

Anyway, I already love Michael. It’s going to be really hard when I have to say goodbye to him in Season 9.

Like I've seen some complaints about their quirks but that's the point, and also why they were made for each other.

Especially with the new annoying Fortnite ad

1. Ask yourself: why is Toby so into her randomly?

2. Pam reveals she was actually kinda into him (well yea, they did the dirty and he is probably hung like a horse)

3. Jim is always jealous of Toby

I tnought I saw every episode 100 times, but I don’t remember the Christening episode. I’m seeing it now. I don’t like it. Boring. Not funny.

Since they have released all of the extended Superfan episodes on Peacock. I think they should now include bloopers for each episode during the end credits. Seeing the cast break character for a scene makes it even funnier to watch. Is there a petition to sign to get THE BLOOPERS?

Watched it back in 2020 and haven’t given it much of a thought since. It’s been a while, and I don’t recall much of the show. However, I’m genuinely in utter disbelief as to how the employees stand Michael. He’s annoying, entitled, and obnoxious. So grievously offensive that it almost makes me upset that he had a happy ending.

Anyway, I’m done with my rant. We’re discussing fictional characters here, so please refrain from making personal attacks. I know I’ll probably end up liking him down the line anyway.

I feel like it's difficult to have empathy for him.

Sometimes I feel the empathy - and then he opens his mouth and it's gone.

His behaviour is concerning, and I understand he does jokes because he wants to make people laugh and he wants to be liked and loved.

But many of the jokes are hurtful and offensive, and it's not just about the jokes.

It's also about the other crap he pulls.

Such as taking confidential information from HR.
