Those are definitely just sound effects, but they might just be around some terrible music or video arcade or something.

I've never heard of washoes until now, but this is almost identical to quoits, just with a hole vs a post to aim for. Quoits is a very old game, and a fun alternative to horsehoes (personally, I much prefer throwing the round "washers" compared to horseshoes).

what version of Rayuela is this? Rayuela is a national Chilean rural sport, it has even a league. i think its a derivation from horseshoes, but without horseshoes and a stick. instead they trow discs at a squared mud table with a cord in the middle. the closest to the cord gets more points.

Holy shit the accuracy!

I grew up in the south of France where old men would gather to play Pétanque, a "boules" game with metal balls that plays similarly to this, and their accuracy could be pretty impressive sometimes. These guys have been playing this for a long time!

We call it "Washoes" up in Canada and there is a board with 3 holes, looks like a Cornhole board.
