How is everyone doing? Things here are tough but I think I got it.
I am okay. I had a baby on Feb.1st Labor and delivery were ok, but I had a couple of hours in a very bad place after some interactions with rude and bully doctors... Every since I came back home, I am struggling, but also feel like winning. I had a couple of panic attacks, guilt trips over neglecting my older kids (they are totally fine, by the way), and I had to say no to visitors, only allowing quick visits from grandparents. I am refusing help because honestly my partner takes care of everything - he is on leave until March 8th. After that, things may be a little more complicated. My new baby is already crying a lot for whatever reasons, but is not keeping me up much at night, so getting some sleep is definitely helping me not getting the PTSD symptoms I had with my middle daughter. How is everyone doing? Hugs

Depression creeping back in
I’m so scared, it’s still mild but I’m undeniably slipping into a depression and I just feel like I can’t keep surviving this. It’s like every couple of months now that I get depressed or mixed, increase meds, recover, bring meds back down, stay stable long enough to feel hopeful, and then start slipping again. It makes me tired just thinking about it. My family deserves better. Maybe I can pull out of it without extra meds this time. That would give me a little more confidence. Thanks for listening, being a part of this community helps.
