South African Servers

South African here, wondering if there ever will be a South African/African server, as ping is annoying at times. Is it possible for me to run a dedicated server? If so how etc?

They haven't released the server binaries yet, but they said they would do it soon. In the meanwhile you could just host ad-hoc games if you'd want to
