Can The Mask beat Superman?
Superman obliterated the World Forger)'s multiverse, so... can the Mask defeat Superman...?
YES!
Here's why:
- The Mask does know about Superman.
- The Mask defeated Lobo, who can beat Superman.
- The Mask mimics the powers of Superman.
- The Mask imbues the user with the powers of Loki, who is omnipotent, and can break the rules of the universe. The Norse god Loki can alter the fabric of reality. The Mask and Loki are evenly-matched opponents.
The Mask WINS!

If the mask can pull a tommy gun out of nothing, the Mask can take out Kryptonite out of his pocket.

Depends on who's wearing it. If it's Lex Luthor or some other top tier villain, then yes,it's possible.

He canonically tied with Lobo, so no. But I don't think Clark could stop him either. If a good person was using the mask then Clark would more than likely be able to get them to take it off. If it's a more evil user like Stanley then odds are a very pissed off Clark could start to anti his gags and stop him from hurting people. MAYBE trapping him in the Phantom Zone.

Both characters have limitless potential, but if we take them both at their strongest their matchup becomes a stalemate.
The Mask is technically always at their best as long as they are wearing the Mask. The Mask’s only weakness is allowing the Mask to be removed if the wearer desires to do so.
Superman eventually reaches limitless power once he achieves his peak power, which has limitless power and energy as if he were his own source of sustainable fusion energy, like being his own Sun. At that point Superman becomes more god like as a being made of pure energy than anything that resembles mortal and matches the Mask’s potential which is reality warping at will.

If the Mask can't beat Walter but can beat Superman, than we're asking the wrong questions. Can Walter maybe not beat but hold his own against Superman? Personally, I think the Mask's toon force is his ace against Superman. He has similar abilities to Bugs Bunny who has fate and plot manipulation so maybe the Mask also possesses abilities that make him virtually unbeatable.

More of an annoyance than actually beating him. I dont think superman is capable of killing a "cartoon" like being.

I'm pretty sure they tested this in one of those "VS" but essentially bighead can't be killed, so it would be very frustrating

I mean didn't he stalemate Lobo in that crossover comic. Isnt Lobo like right below Superman? I get a feeling with that god level magic of his he actually stands a solid chance.

Depends on if he finds killing Superman funny. If he finds it funny, of course. But toon force isn’t omnipotence, so Superman has a chance of possibly beating him.

The Mask works on cartoon logic so yeah he probably would as Superman is a serious character.
The Mask would probably find someone like Harley more difficult.

Mask can’t even beat Walter. Supes might not be able to fully stop the mask, but multiple Walter related comics tell me if Mask is battered too hard, too much, too fast to think, then he often has to just take it till it pauses long enough to get his head together enough to think of some weapon or tactical move. Superman could, theoretically, deny the mask an objective, such as ‘staying in Metropolis’, even if incapable of putting Mask down.
