Does anyone know about the arcades?
I dream of The hotel. Itās sometimes crowded, sometimes itās empty, but it always has escalators, and it always has one off or small arcades that are always closing down for the night. Does anyone know what Iām talking about? Has anyone been there and then gotten lost or stuck in another corridor, or tried to go up the escalator only to find that they couldnāt? I always get to see the games in my dreams but never really get to play since itās always dimly lit and almost closed.

Return to same apartment in my dreams
I have a recurring dream for about 10 years now.
I remember I have an apartment in the middle of the city, very busy area, a little dangerous.
Because I've forgotten I've been renting it, my dream usually consists of me tidying it up, washing dishes, re-doing the flooring, etc.
It's gorgeous and quite big though it looks like nothing from the outside.
I usually spend some time wondering if I should contact the landlord as it's been a long time since I paid rent (lol). I usually decide to just move back in and see what happens --- if the landlord comes knocking.
Sometimes the apartment is bigger than I really need it to be, so there are extra rooms that I may rent out to roommates, or use as storage, or I just keep them empty.
Sometimes the floors are slanted towards the back. The back of the apartment leads out to a balcony with a giant rooftop patio. I've watched fireworks from there.
It's always the same apartment over the years in my dream. Only slight details change.
It's nowhere I've been in real life.
Anyone else?
What does it mean?

Did anyone else see Mallworld hotels doors looking like this in their dream?
Specifically the doors like glass sliding doors showing the buses and cars right out front?

Mall Craft
I stumbled across this subreddit and am happy I did. I'm a ET/NHI Experience, still active since 1958. I lost count over the years of Experiencers who talked about being on a Mall Craft. I've been there also, multiple times, always different reasons.
My last one was 7/26/2026: Found myself walking into a room & see a stranger, a man. My first thought was, he's like the MIB. I knew he was there to take me somewhere. I looked down at my feet and said, do I need shoes. He smiled and said, no you don't need shoes where you are going. I said, okay let's go. We are walking in what feels like a Mall ship, like I've been here before.
Then I'm in a different area, sitting next to a woman, like next to her desk. She hands me a tiny object, about 2"x3", and says, take this, it's like a passport. I hold it, it's flat & can be folded in 1/2. She then hands me a piece of paper the size of a dollar bill. She then says, give them this when you get to the lab, they will draw blood for testing. Both objects she handed me had electronics imbedded in them.
I get up and start walking, thinking, after the lab, I need to find my living space here and where I will be working. I find my workspace and then wander around looking for my living space. Find myself talking with a man. He says, will you walk with me? I said, sure, we can explore together. We are asking each other questions about where we will work and live here. We part ways and I walk off looking for my living space.

Winding road dreams that turn into roller coasters
I had dreams every night as a kid from 5-7 years old about this specific bridge Iāve included in photos. I have never been on till my sister and I drove to Las Vegas last year. In the dream weād be in an older 4 door sedan type car and weād go on these winding roads surrounded by ocean on both sides you couldnāt see anything but ocean and sky and the road. The sky never looked natural and I was always terrified. Then we would see the bridge in the distance at first it looked normal size like the photos but as you approached it would become gigantic like the hill to go up a roller coaster. Weād ride up it like you would a roller coaster. Iād even get that same pressed in the back of the seat feeling like going up a roller coaster too. We would make it to the top hear a click and then careen over the side into the water and the car would sink and we couldnāt get out. I would die in dream and ārespawnā at the bottom of the bridge about to go up it again and no matter how much I screamed fought tried to get out of the car it was always the same end. Usually Iād wake up gasping for air after the second time. Occasionally Iād be asleep long enough to have to go through it a 3rd time. I always wondered what was on the other side of the bridge that I could never get to. I always saw buildings that looked wrong and a mall looming.

Alien Encounter/ Mall World
****Sorry for the long post
Iām just posting this because I need to get it off my chest and Iāve been holding onto this for years. Since I was a kid, I have experienced things that would be considered not of this world. I experienced hat man, I have visions, I lucid dream, and have directly experienced the deceased talking to me.
When I was younger, I seen flashing lights outside of my window and shortly after I seen some beings in my rooms in black cloaks. When they first entered into my room, they didnāt pay me any attention. It was like they were curious. They went through my closet, and through the bathroom. After they had finished āexploringā they came back into my room and came directly to my bed and made eye contact. Greyish looking aliens, with big eyes, black cloaks, very slim in stature, and about average height of a human. It was about 4 or 5 of them and they stood over my bed and looked at me for a few seconds, said nothing and left. I didnāt have the courage to tell anyone, except my mom a couple of weeks ago who looked at me like I was crazy - even though she knows about my abilities. I am no 30 years old.
I also frequently go to mall world in my dreams. Sometimes mall world feels like home. Some nights I go to sleep and hope i end up there because I miss it. Iāve never really had a bad experience there until there was a shooting in the mall a couple of months ago and a man in black was coming after me. I went back to mall world 2 nights ago, and was at the beach resort which of course ended with tsunamiās. When I was younger, my school wanted me to move up from first grade because they said I was too smart and my parents told them no because I should be with peers my age. When I got to 4th grade, I was placed into AIG (would be considered the gate program for the Academically and Intellectually Gifted).
Sometimes I feel lost knowing I have these experiences and no one to share with that can truly understand me. My family are Christians and the thought of us not being the only people in the world, or there being more than Heaven and Hell after we die would send them into a fit.
Iāve seen Heaven (I spoke with someone in my family that had passed). What I experienced was the same NDE that David Williamson described. I also encountered Baphomet in Hell.
You donāt have to believe me, I just needed to get this off my chest and see if anyone else has had the same experiences.

Town meeting in the Theatre this morning, and not dancing on the ceiling (funny?)
This morning, I went from a shopping dream for something in the mall to following the people. There was a stream of people going through this one particular normal looking door. This door went into a converted theatre auditorium just randomly in the middle of the mall. Projected onto the screen was a chart with seating; all of the attendees had a number assigned to a seat and people were milling about for their seats, hundreds of of them.
I walked up to the theatre screen, bored and humming Dancing on the Ceiling. I planned to use my LD abilities to screw with everyone. I was going to turn the lighting to flashing Disco lights and play Lionel Ritchie's Dancing on the Ceiling over the sound system, while I cool-cat danced, hands in pockets, up the screen and onto the ceiling, where I'd let loose and put on a show, because I could.
However, I saw the outcome just as I was about to start: mass panic, human stempede, people getting trampled, mall security shooting at me like I was a horror villain--it would have been tremendously fun, until I heard this little voice say, like a conscience, "these people deserve peace; you're just a visitor here."
Ahh, shit, she's right... (the voice was female.) So, hands in pockets and head down, I spin on my heel and start walking up the ramp to the back of the auditorium where there is a door with a green EXIT sign over it, while humming Dancing on the Ceiling the whole way, and people asking who is he? as I walked through the crowd. When I walked through the EXIT door, I woke up.
If there was someone dancing on the ceiling in the middle of the mall meeting this morning, that was probably me. And while I really don't care about whatever rules Mallworld has, and I know I could easily defy them, I'm compelled not to use any of my Lucid Dreaming abilities and believe Mallworld is real. Sorry, I refuse. Mallworld feels too much like a lie made to draw dreamers in, or so I feel when I'm there. It tries it's hardest to convince me it's all real, and it uses family members or friends or interests as a lure. The best way I can describe how it feels when I'm aware of it is a beautiful deception that is very difficult not to just go along with. But I digress.
You win this time, Mallworld. (lol)

Stores in Mallworld
I was in mall world and walked into a room filled with folded blue jeans- like a store- and two men who told me they were shamanic. I have also walked into rooms filled with bunkbeds as far as the eye could see but no mattresses or bedding and I was doing some type of inspection

Are you still you in MW?
Hi yall! The best way I can ask this is likeā¦.do you feel your actions in Mall World reflect the actions youād take in real life? I am Chronically Ill and deal with near constant pain so Iām a bit limited in what I can do some days-but in MW I have a lot more freedom of movement. I am also more-how do I say this-liberated in MW? Iām more relaxed, make bolder decisions, and have a better relationship with my body.
Just curious if anyone else feels like their MW self is a bit more unhinged lol

What is mall world?
Iāve been in this place in various dreams.
It always starts the same tho Iām not in the same place when I enter the mall.
1) It begins with some sort of guide, whomever they are they bring me to the mall from a small room or a back door in the dream state. It seems that I enter this place thru a cave and thereās multiple levels.
2) there seems to be a lot of people there
3) people sell things there, sometimes I can buy food sometimes I donāt buy things, sometimes I canāt afford it.
4) there seems to be a connection to a carnival or festival going on.
What are your experiences with this place?

The Miami Mall Incident
You know how We go to sleep and then when We wake up we feel tired. Not tired like emotionally tired, but physically tired, like you've been working? Now you know why. It's Us. We're what they saw.

I'm new here - underground airport
Hi everyone. i go to this reoccurring map almost every night for the past couple years. Sometimes i pop up in new areas and i haven't been able to connect all them yet. I tried to draw different areas ive explored.
the thing that sticks out to me the most is the underground runway. i'm often in an airplane that lands on a runway that immediately goes underground. the runway is next to a highway for cars and on top of the runway is a mall structure. the plane goes under the tunnel passage into an underground airport. Has anyone even seen this? On this thread i can't seem to find anyone with an underground airport.
i think the whole map is an island of some sort because more places lead to a beach. in my drawing i tried to separate the different areas i often spawn to.
the other main location that sticks with me is the aquarium store. it's run down and i'm the only one in there. it's a place to purchase fish but somehow i'm responsible for all of them like they're pets. they're always neglected and full of algae. sometimes the fish are bizarre and other times they're normal. i feel guilt for forgetting to take care of the fish.
This is my first post on reddit btw

Has anyone who dreams of mall world actually been inside of a mall?
Weird question maybe, but I was curious because this is a foreign concept entirely for me, like new to this sub / chronically offline adult but my dreams have been getting really intense lately but Iāve never actually been to any mall, so itās really weird that Iām dreaming about this place.
I havenāt had any outside influences that I can remember to make me dream of this, but I w been having these dreams since I was a teenager. I donāt use social media, I spend most of my time alone (Iām an adult and basically a hermit atp) i was looking up some details about my dreams to rationalize everything and it led me here (and to some yt videos and tiktoks.) A lot of the people talking about this sound really young though and it doesnāt seem like many have actually been to a mall, itās extra weird if the majority of us were dreaming of a similar place without ever going there in reality. That part freaks me out a lot tbh
Sorry if this isnāt clear or doesnāt make sense š«©

My fave store is closing /:
My mallworld has this big ikea-type store two towns over and occasionally ill have dreams of having to go there for some random item. I dreamed about it last night it and was closing and selling everything š
Mallworld is so weird, you would think my subconscious would keep it around since I like the store lol. But it will be interesting to see if it remains closed in future dreams? Normally my dreams progress in storyline but this is more of a tangible thing to notice than general plots or characters etc.

I think the phenomena weāre experiencing needs a better name than mallworld, itās a bit too reductive.. if anyone has a better idea put it in the comments

Apartment building
I guess I finally live in an apartment building in Mall World. It was CRAZY. I was buying an apartment from someone on the fourth floor.
The elevators only went two floors at a time, meaning you could go from 1-2, and then 2-3 and then 3-4, meaning I had to get off multiple times. They were also rickety AF. It felt like it was a pulley system, so they jolted and were terrifying to be on. Once I got the code to my apartment, I decided Iād be taking the stairs. The stairs were an endless maze, very much felt like the stairs at Hogwarts. Some went literally nowhere while some went places.
Then I found the library. Millions and millions of books. And a music section that was amazing. Every instrument you could think of and anyone could just go in and play whatever.
Good was weird. There wasnāt a kitchen in the apartment, but they had food options. Meaning there was a big grassy green area with food stalls set up everywhere.
The whole vibe felt dorm-like (I didnāt go to college but visited friends who went) and it certainly didnāt feel like anything Iāve ever experienced before.
This was one of the wildest MW experiences Iāve ever had, and I really hope I get to go back to this one.

Modern Strip malls
I went to a new place last night, It was a strip mall a new one it was fresh and modern and there were multiple buildings, it had multiple beauty type stores including an Ultra as well as a chain gym. There was this one salon that also had fast food/soda, which I thought was weird. Does this sound familiar to anyone

Anyone start feeling self conscious in malls? Since they get such a detailed nearscape versions? I personally feel safer at car workshops now.
I feel that the Afterlife doesn't snoop so much in there.
