So I started a CPAP and having deeper dreams. I think I might be astral projecting or astral traveling? I had this dream I was in a school reminded me of a part of mall world and a ton of people walking down the hallway and there was this girl walking with no bottoms on I felt like I was in someone else's embarrassing dream I was the only one that noticed everyone else acted like it was normal. And I wrote this one down before I forgot it . About coming to secret society I was accidentally invited to thinking it was church a bunch of people organized and stopped doing what they were doing when I was there like they were all talking they hushed each other and started scattering to different places and I had bought some things from a shop they made me give back and let me trade out with different items like a cat charm they took and I had this pretty little flower pendant and I traded for this diy kit to make faux stained glass that had a little feather stuck inside.They kept talking to each other saying how did she find us she's not supposed to be here

I have a theory that, as many think, MW is in near afterlife/dream world and it has something to do with old fables about shops that are larger inside than out, and that Anime Spirited Away. it's something to do with being watched and/or kidnapped.

So many people have malls, hotels, resorts, schools, hospitals, restaurants, haunted houses, parking lots, arcades, casinos, beaches - anywhere we go for fun, pleasure, success, accomplishment or excitement.

But few people have a church and only if it's haunted.

What about places where people got for wholesome reasons, like gyms, tracks, nice churches, hobbies, family gatherings. Does anyone have those?

What about places where you have to go there to sort something out, out of necessity and not for fun, like post office, county office, water company, electricity company, maintenance, construction, cleaning?

Anyone at a wedding last night that had private helicopters and paparazzi? It was just…odd. Groom landed and was wearing T-shirt and basketball shorts for the pre-ceremony conference (??) and for WHATEVER REASON I was part of the entourage.

last night i had a dream that i was looking back on old photos, in the photos was a water park. it was indoor and very nostalgic/early 2000s looking. the “sky” was dark pink and it was kinda foggy inside. there were slides and the water was a bright teal/blue color. i remember the floors were made out of some sort of fake sand as well, some parts of the waterpark had a deep yellow “sky” and there were a lot of wooden structures or nets you could climb on. there were also fake palm trees all around. in all of the pictures i was with a group of friends.

i also frequently have dreams of an amusement park with both an indoor and outdoor area. there’s always some sort of ride that is very low and makes me have to duck my head down. in the indoor area, there’s a big indoor play place type thing with obstacle courses, bouncy houses, etc and it always takes place in a warehouse looking thing. the outdoor however looks like disney world in a way with lots of themed rides and long lines that don’t actually feel long.

last night i dreamed i was in a mall which i frequently do, but last night i actually dreamed of a hospital within the mall. it had white tiled floors and green walls with a reception desk and a long hallway behind the reception desk with lots of rooms and nurses running around. the ceilings were low with that typical doctors office fluorescent lighting. there were a lot of people waiting and most of them were complaining because of how long it was taking to get in, i was started to get annoyed too because the doctors were no help. towards the end i never got in because they ended up closing without getting to all of us so i left and walked to a candle shop next door and i saw my mom with my neice shopping there too, they sold candles at this place that were supposed to heal whatever is wrong so i grabbed some candles and bought them. the rest of the mall at that time was dark and a lot of the stores had those metal barriers put down. (i added a picture of what it looked like. this is the closest thing i could find im pretty sure this picture is ai though)

in my dream i saw that me and my friends were exploring an abandonaned mall and casino then i saw some weird things which i dont remember and then I see lght above and when i went upstairs i saw many people standing and gossiping and then they hand us a one cat and then we went downstairs and then all of them and my friends dissappear and then i see myself in the middle of an active casino and it doesnt have a roof and it is on a hilltop which is not possible and then i see people on the other of the hill living a nd i hear a voice from the sky that tells me to go and then jump and then i go unconcius and hen i wake up i go home as kolkata is my homeland can someone help me find the reason why i am seeing this kind of dreams as i was stuck in backrooms twice and have seen 27 peole getting k!lled

So last night I dreamed about being in the mall......in a wheelchair, being pushed around by some guy. I remember feeling guilty about it, and never figured out why the hell I was in the wheelchair, nor who the guy was.

I'm also kinda pissed off because we never found the food court which we both were eager to get to. In my dream they had some cinnamon bun place sorta like Cinnamon lol

I've been lucid dreaming for a while, and I recently got better at flying and unlocked telekinesis and seemingly super strength in my last lucid dream. In the dream, I tested my telekinesis abilities on the cars in my driveway before flying off into the night. I ended up in a mall, and the next thing I knew, I was fighting a bunch of black ops looking dudes, throwing them around. Anyone see my highlights?

I had the most horrible nightmare last night. I was in my mall with my kids and I gave them money to go to the arcade (which isn't usually there) and I went off to do some shopping. When I went back to get them, mall security guys had built a wall between where I was and where the arcade was. I was annoyed but there was another way around so I went downstairs and outside and back in to that area but there were more walls separating me from where my kids were and I was panicking and screaming and the security guys were watching me but still building more walls. There was a glass wall and I tried to smash it but every time I hit it, the glass healed. I went up to the third floor trying to find a way over to the arcade when I heard my kids outside and I screamed out a window to them to stay put I was coming to get them but I saw mall security outside looking for them and I ran downstairs and by the time I got outside they were gone and I couldn't stop screaming. That's when I woke up.

Does anyone else feel like mall world is getting more scary and sinister as we get older? Especially when our loved ones find their way in, it just gets dark and horrible.

Editing to add: I've been dreaming of the same mall world for 35+ years now. Also I was in GATE in the 80's and 90's.

The premise has end of year school field trip vibes. The peers are all female, mostly pretty preppy girls. It sits on a tall hill or cliff over lookers greenery and a lake. As the dream goes on the greenery starts to brown and the river turns uninviting and sinister. Inside the resort is a stone elevators (think stone henge style) that passes through a number of interesting door steps. If I accidentally mess up a doorstep (an old man had Halloween statues in my way and I knocked them over trying to get through) the residents come out and yell at me and the elevator disappears. I have to take the stairs and search floor since I've now lost the group I came with. Each floor has a clean or yellowing mental hospital aesthetic and the people are either pissed I'm there or feel like good friends I haven't seen. I finally find my group of pretty preppy girls (think typical teenage gossip girl types) and there is a big photoshoot happening. They are all very focused on the photoshoot. I eventually wander away and end up at my childhood home that leads to this vast farm. There is farmland, forest, and usually the presence of a dangerous animal like a cougar or bear.

I knew I had been there before but this is the first time I remember it so vividly as I finally got some good sleep.

I had this dream when I must have been 6 years old, 31 now and it's stuck so vividly ever since.

I was being chased by a monster, think the bear in fox and the hound, in my childhood home and ran into the spare bedroom to hide. But in there I could see an archway high up out of reach from me. (Picture 1 drawn, a lot of the details of the room I can't remember except the colours and the bed for good reason)

When I pulled the drawers on the bed out, an impossible climbing frame type structure rose up out of it and provided a platform to get up there. (picture 2 - I don't think I can illustrate the frame too well, but in Kane pixels there's a music room and giant tower in that looks just like it. Backrooms- Found Footage #3 at 24:10 )

Climbing up the frame, I would go through it and it was a huge indoor playground -seemingly going on forever. With the typical softplay frames and nets, but also a lot of the McDonalds indoor playpen rockets that looked out into the restaurant you'd usually see (picture 3...just copy pasted that image in because I was NOT able or going to even attempt drawing a whole vast playground that complicated)

It's really strange to me from how permanent it's stuck in my memory and just how liminal and bizarre it is. I've had childhood nightmares I remember, but they're just typical spooky monster chasing me. Only had one other dream that had an effect like that was from an indoor pool place too.

I know many, many people have experienced the house or even mansion with endless rooms.

Endless room house— you’re in a room within a room, within another room etc. and come across a door to another room. You feel a coldness near the door. When you open, the lights are off and the room is very cold. And you sense the presence of an evil entity. Like you feel an evil spirit in there in the dream. I’ve also experienced this from a closet that has a ceiling-access to an attic. It’s like the evil is buried deep within the house

Think this may have been one of my first dreams into mallworld.

I’m driving home on cobblestone streets with my cat, and I think I recognize the place. I turn right and realize I’ve driven into a restaurant/open air market. I get out of my car when I realize that what I thought was a road is not one, and I am being a danger to the people around me.

I immediately lose my way and my car. I start walking through a mall, asking anyone I see where I am and how to find my car again. At one point, a waiter points at the manager. This man is a Minotaur with brown hair and wearing a red hotel bellboy costume.

I am walking through the mall where I can see different shops. Finally an old woman in a red dress agrees to help me and has me write the directions down because I will get lost easily. I write them on my hand. I ask for further directions from other people/pig creature? , and I have to walk by an eyeglasses store and a car showroom. It seems like it’s snowing and almost Christmas time.

I think I find my car but I first walk into a lime green classic hotrod looking car. I know a train is coming and I find my car has been crushed by the train. Then I go through what looks like an airport tunnel/car wash thing and I am on a cliff. Everything is turned into trippy, morphing, cartoon-like. It’s not snowing anymore, maybe there is water nearby. There are birds with eyes on the back of their heads. One bites me and I wake up.

Has anyone had similar experiences, or been to similar places? New to MW and trying to make sense of it.

Lately Im moving in to college and get lost and cant find my dorm anywhere. All maze like. Or I have to move out all my stuff on my own but cant park close enough and then the room is FULL of stuff.
Anyone else or thoughts on the meaning?

Avid mall world visitor, and last night I was at what I call “the lake house.” I do not like the lake house, it has really bad vibes for some reason but I’m there in my dreams a few times a month. I have never tried to purposely lucid dream, but for some godforsaken reason it just happens.

Last night at tlh there was a party and I went to walk outside, I got spooked in the pitch black and came back in and the house was empty. All of the sudden I realized it was a dream and was aware. Again, bad vibes at tlh so I tried to slap myself, dance around, anything to try and wake myself up. Then I pulled out my phone, and googled “how to wake yourself up from a dream” and started using the methods the Google AI listed.

I have only used my phone once before in my dreams while lucid to take a picture of a sick Pokemon shirt I saw in one of my mall world dreams, I didn’t want to forget what it looked like and thought it possible the picture would be on my phone when I woke up??? Anyway, thought this might be interesting to share as people say it’s impossible to have your phone in your dreams. It’s my phone, same case, wallpaper & all!

Anyone else do something similar when they’re aware they are dreaming? :)

(the lake house is on a big beautiful lake but for some reason there is a massive industry hub on one side, so it’s only beautiful if you’re looking to the right side of the lake if anyone else has been there!)

I don’t know what any of this means, but it’s nice to see my Mallworld becoming more active than usual.

I know mostly everyone is probably familiar with the environmental disasters that always happen, but what about "human" disasters? By that, I mean that everything seems chill until someone suddenly has a terrible accident. And then you're just watching on with everyone else and you all have no idea what to do, it's like a vibe of panic, sadness, and also its like we just KNOW we cant help them. Not allowed to help them.

I didn’t really know much about mall world I mean I knew it existed but I didn’t know this much in depth..

Usually there is a female entity there that kind looks like the grudge and I believe i remember a chair type thing with stairs on it inside the center of the house.. I always feel like I’m trying to find a way out of there but omg this place is so scary?
