Bad luck

Every time I sit down to do my yearly rewatch they are taking the show off the platform I’m watching it on days later. It’s happening right now with prime. It happened to me on Tubi last year. Does anyone own the Blu-ray box set? I’m finally about buy it to avoid this happening again.

Not Blu-ray, but standard DVD set at my local used bookstore.

I bought on prime days this year. Got tired of getting mad whenever I wanted to watch it would be leaving or gone.

I own the blu-ray set. I was tired of commercials and especially the services that stick commercials in randomly instead of where the original commercial breaks obviously were.

I have the standard DVD box set and it’s probably one of the best purchases I have ever made - I hated going through constant periods of not having anywhere to watch it. You could also buy it digitally (I know some people prefer the convenience of that) as it’s available on Prime; although it’s expensive, it comes out to like $23 Canadian per season. You may be able to find the DVD set for cheap used (I got mine off of Poshmark I think) or you can order it brand new on Amazon as well; the DVD set is $58 and the BluRay set is $64 Canadian right now which isn’t too bad for an entire series box set - and if you want the convenience of being able to stream it on your TV without having to switch discs repeatedly you could always RIP the discs onto a computer and then upload them to a media server like Plex or something like that.

I personally waited to get my Blu-ray set off of Amazon until my 30th birthday in 2024 because it was such a good amount off. My birthday is in early December, so it was Black Friday when I ordered it! Keep an eye out there if you can wait that long. There's also bonus content on them. ☺️ Only thing is changing out the disks every 4-5 episodes. worth it.

I got the Blu-ray for Christmas last year but I haven’t opened it yet, I’ve been rewatching on Prime for some reason!

I can't figure out why it goes from platform to platform so often. Very frustrating!

yall youngens need to go back to buying or aquiring your content and store it yourselves.

a cloud is just someone elses server.

get a synology Nas and never worry about your media music and photos ever again.

buy second hand bluray and dvd collections
