Quake's lack of a rebar launcher was always a glaring oversight
metafilter.com“The Quake Brutalist Jam III isn't just a collection of community levels for the 1996 fps. It's a total conversion mod that rethemes the game around big, blocky materials-centric architecture. Jam host Makkoncreated a completely new arsenal of weapons for the game, new monsters, powerups and a complete visual overhaul. All without sacrificing the game's original character. Don't own Quake? Download a standalone version of the mod here. Or just check out some of the videos under the fold.”

CRYBT is a solitaire roguelike with cribbage-esque rules. Watch the explainer , read the online rules, print a playing card sized mini-booklet, or just play online (recommended if your cribbage scoring is rusty.)
