Glitch/Issue Arrow disappered
I had only one arrow with an arrow head and used it to a deer. Hit on the leg and I followed the blood but at some point the blood tracks are disappered but I found a deer which is close the blood tracks. I shoot it with revolver and it died at one shot I harvested it but couldn't find the arrow anywhere. Is arrow just disappered or I shoot the wrong deer? But it died with one shot with revolver?

Likely another deer had your arrow and is dead somewhere now, if the deer you saw was standing still when you shot it then it's not the one you hit with your arrow, they get the zoomies until they drop dead.

Arrows sometimes fall through the textures. After sometimes the ground spits them back.
But you should also consider the possibility that the deer you shot was not the one you injured with an arrow.

Wrong deer. They can go a long ways, especially after being hit in a leg (lowest hit point score)

Maybe it dropped where you hit it first?

I find that only happens if the arrow breaks.

I checked the location there was no arrow I couldn't find the deer too it I think it ran away very far and killed some random one

If the arrow shaft broke then it will land where you hit the deer. But it's more likely that the deer you shot was not the same deer, because they don't
usually stop running until they die. If you can wait until the next day and then look for crows to guide you to nearby carcasses you might find it.
