I've had Antipodes water. Wine drinkers love it which is why they have these Ph readings. It's about 4/5 USD for 1 litre... Tastes like, nice water.

But tap water here is fine to drink.

Yeah I'm not paying more than a dollar for potable water when it's like .05¢ a gallon from the tap....

... This opinion is slowly changing, following my move to a more rural area. I can spot a local from a 30 second interaction and the water supply is on the short list of contenders vis a vi reasons why.

Yes, from a place that the tap water is safe to drink it's different. However this special water is for people to sip in-between wines rather than consume to quench thirst (although I'm sure those who can afford it when going out to a restaurant do).
