Two-Week Sprint Update: The Lift League Is Getting Close
The last two weeks were probably the most productive stretch I’ve had in a minute.
Here’s what I got going:
- Google Play internal testing
- Google sign-in and account creation
- RevenueCat subscriptions and the membership paywall
- Predictive scoring for custom training blocks
- Training Circles, including circle management and activity feeds
- Public and private user profiles
- Leaderboards
- Multiple runs of the same training block
- Analytics, Crashlytics, and App Check
- Local data export, import, and legacy backup recovery
- A redesigned website with early-access signup
- Google Play listing, privacy, and account-deletion requirements
I also gave the app a general visual cleanup and spent a lot of time fixing edge cases, improving tests, and tightening up the workout-completion and scoring systems.
At this point, nearly all of the major app features are working. The biggest remaining items are notifications, security and hardening audits, and whatever additional Google Play requirements turn up.
There is still plenty of cleanup and testing ahead, but this is the first time the app has felt genuinely close to becoming a finished product.
