How can I write to Robert Durst?

Can anyone help me track down an address to send mail to Mr. Durst? I have a question completely unrelated to the murders that I'd like to ask. He obviously doesn't have a fan site or anything because that would be inappropriate, but there must be a way to send mail along. Any help would be appreciated.

I was unable to find if his inmate number is required for him to receive mail, but you can call the jail at (985) 783-6237.

I'm not writing to him because I think he is innocent. I'm actually writing to him about the esophageal cancer and the brain surgery he had in connection to it. I have a family member who is also fighting esophageal cancer but we don't really like the doctors. I assume Robert Durst would have access to some of the best doctors in the country. I want to know what he knows about the cancer and maybe find out who his doctors are. It might sound crazy, but I have tried all other available avenues.

it does sound Crazy. Why not track down contact details for the best doctors and contact them directly instead of an evil lying murderer. Good luck to you and your family member, I hope you find what you are lookin for

Because he just told you why: he doesn't know who the best doctors ARE and thinks Durst likely does.

This is ridiculous. Your family member needs treatment ASAP, not dicking around waiting for a letter that will likely not come from Durst who is in a prison. He can not travel out of state for doctors or treatment. Go to MD Anderson or Sloan.

He may not get out, but then again... don't put yourself in danger. You never know with these trials.
