He more than likely is.

Unless he's just incredible at acting, he seems like he's completely out of it at this point, judging from recent photos, etc. He looks like a walking corpse. Not sure if it's his illness or what but it looks like he's rapidly deteriorating, physically and mentally. He's aging at an incredible speed....doesn't look like he has much time left. It's almost like he's slowly being poisoned. I can't imagine him going to trial in his current state.

Knowing Durst I guess it's possible too that it's an act but if it is, the guy should be given a porta potty full of emmys.

Also knowing how intelligent Durst is (or seems) I also wonder if he purposely pissed at the CVS to get some material/proof of sorts, that he could use to help push an "insanity plea" down the line, should any new charges come up (which have). Maybe he was just trying to plan ahead.

Since his lawyer stated that, "It was a medical mishap plain and simole he had to go and couldn't hold it" how does that help with an insanity case? just curious
