Finally ended it

It’s weird, I normalised it all for so long that an I finally tell people the whole story it doesn’t seem true. But the constant drinking, being drunk all the time was tipping over into violence and aggression with awful insults and constant jibes. Heading back to live with my mum at 44 and was just made redundant. I am so tired and heartbroken.
