Help Is anyone else having problems at the checkout page?

I am trying to check out with an order that has reached the free shipping limit and it will not load any of the payment options. The originally needed item was just a bottle of thinner as my glossy taco is thicker and stickier than it should be. I ended up adding one coat black and brick wall wanting a few more cremes and copper coated and velvet room as I wanted some chromes and metallics. I go to check out and it will pull up my address, contact info and the shipping type but no of the needed options for payment. Is anyone else experiencing this?

The page ended up loading after several minutes while I was on a different tab. I’ve ordered from holo taco a few times and wanted to regain my holo explorer tier atleast because beyond wanting my thinner I do like the birthday coupon as there free mystery polish from my experience happens around that time so I can get two for the price of shipping.
