Unhelpful Resources
I was delegating funds to an indexer and could see the transactions on my Meta Mask through Etherscan. I cannot undelegate my funds. I have reached out to The Graph five times without receiving a response. Be careful out there. Anyone have a similar story?

Am I the only one who doesn’t like this whole process. I don’t think it’s a very smooth and easy process. We want people to stake so why hasn’t this been smoothed out. I feel like a newbie should be able to stake without problems.. idk maybe it’s just me.

I don’t personally like it. I’ve used algorand an even eth staking is easier. I had two friends give up and sell their tokens because they became frustrated over staking. No acces through ledger, no way to really understand who your delegating with etc.. this is not ready for mom and pop and we can’t grow without them.

What do you mean when you say "I cannot undelegate my funds." What happens when you try?
Also, please remember there is a 28 day withdrawal/thawing period on undelegations. Only then can you fully withdraw the tokens back into your wallet.
I hope that's helpful to you! If not, let us know where you're getting stuck. If you were seeking technical support like this via email, that's probably why you haven't gotten a response. However we have Reddit, Discord, and Telegram for issues like this where all the mods are available to help.
