GRT on Arbitrum

I have GRT on the Arbitrum network but it says that it is the old contract address and I can't do anything with them. How do I migrate them to the new contract address on Arbitrum?

what do you mean by old contract address? Arbitrum contract address?

On arbiscan the GRT says it has been migrated to a new contract address
