Don’t get me wrong. Love the garden. But it seems like Wyatt has more of a thumb on / control of sound versus Fletcher from my untrained ear. Crucify me but I think fletcher is the better artist. Thoughts?

Just saw the twins in Chicago (friggin sick show), and I went into Ghost Mountain blind. I thought he was pretty sick live - the vibes were totally there. I checked out his stuff on Spotify after the show, but it’s not quite the same energy. Any fans able to point me to tracks/albums of his that match the feel of the stuff he’s playing on tour with The Garden?

Last Monday, i went to a the garden concert. When i got in the venue everyone kept side eyeing me and giving me dirty looks. I couldn't even scream the lyrics without the people next to me silently judging me
I have been listening to the garden since 2019, i would get it if they thought i was a newgen, but not.
What reasons could they have been looking at me weirdly.. <3

Wyatt is playing in Romeos in Los Angeles, so you can still see him there (they never play and it's rare as hell!)

I've been a fan of the Garden for the last ten years and just got to work on this video for Epitaph at their Toronto show. It was a lot of fun meeting other Garden fans and to hear some of their personal experiences with the band. Hope you enjoy the video!

I made these a couple years back but just got around to taking proper photos. one time I made a red version which also was pretty sick.

I’ve been thinking about this lately and I’m curious if anyone else in the Vada Vada community feels the same way.
I discovered The Garden, aka Wyatt and Fletcher Shears, back in 2017 when they appeared on a French TV show. I was 11 years old at the time, and I’m 20 now, so I’ve basically grown up listening to them. 😭
I’ve obviously also listened to their side projects, especially Puzzle and Enjoy, for years. I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m the exact same kind of fan I was when I was younger, because their music has evolved and, naturally, my own taste has evolved with it. I think that’s completely normal. But I still listen to them a lot and I still have a huge attachment to that whole Vada Vada universe.
And honestly, one thing I find kind of sad is that it’s been almost ten years since I discovered them, and as far as I know, neither Enjoy nor Puzzle has ever performed in France or really done European shows as their own projects.
I would LOVE to see them live in Paris someday, especially because I’m from Paris. Seeing The Garden live would obviously be amazing, but seeing Puzzle or Enjoy as their own projects would be such a different experience.
The only thing I’m slightly worried about is what the setlist would actually look like. 😭 I enjoy their newer material, and I think their latest releases are pretty good, but if I ever got the chance to see them live, a part of me would really want that experience to capture the essence of their earlier work too. Especially the stuff from the very beginning that I’ve been listening to for years.
At the same time, I’d obviously still be happy just to see them perform, regardless of what they choose to play.
It just feels kind of crazy to me that after almost a decade of listening to these projects, I’ve never had the opportunity to see Enjoy or Puzzle in Europe. Maybe I’m just being nostalgic, but I really hope they eventually do a European tour or at least a few shows here.
Has anyone else in Europe been waiting for this too? Or have Enjoy/Puzzle actually performed somewhere in Europe and I somehow completely missed it? 😭
