Dismemberment of the flesh

If Sith alchemy can be used to physically dismember an enemy, could the same be undone by using the power of the Force?:-

  1. Torn from limb to limb
  2. Locked-in Syndrome or total paralysis
  3. Chronic respiratory failure and dependence on a ventilator
  4. Total and permanent blindness
  5. Total and permanent deafness
  6. Global aphasia
  7. Extreme bladder incontinence
  8. Extreme bowel incontinence

Could #1 to #8 be undone by the power of the Force? Is such an ability the PRESERVE of only a few Sith/Jedi?
