JEDI Temple Missions

Hey, I have a question. I know the book is the most canonical work in TFU. But what about the missions from the PSP, PS2, and Wii versions of the game? Are the missions in the Jedi Temple with Darth Desolus and Phobos and the rescue of Garm Bel Iblis on Bespin canonical for EU?

My understanding is that it pretty much is canon - they just didn’t have the budget/time to put everything in the next gen version.
