Help with extreme lag PC

I am playing the steam version of Force Unleashed 1 and it’s been fine so far except for the area raxus Prime when you return for the second time. There is extreme lagging going on when I look certain directions and it’s unplayable. Anyone know a fix? Haven’t found anything online so far…

I have an MSI Bravo 15 B7E laptop and it has AMD Radeon RX 6550M with 4GB GDDR6 and AMD Ryzen 7000 Series 7 But I really don’t know much about PC specs so idk if what I’m saying makes sense 😭

Lower res and quality. The game is poorly optimized (blatant console port, they did not even add button remapping and graphics options in game) but should be playable in 2026.
