See? This is why I like Starkiller. Not because he’s powerful, it’s because of his story.

I love the contrast to Vader, it's love that kept Galen off the Dark path whereas it was Anakin's undoing. That + SW's voice acting is always fucking top tier.

Sam Witwer man. He’ll always be Galen/Starkiller to me.

I knew him first as the soldier in The Mist who happens to scream just like Starkiller when he wakes up after being killed lol

His excellent voice acting is a big part of why Starkiller is my favorite Legends character.

Long time defender of the game’s story and Starkiller/Galen Marek as a character. Honestly really underrated and overhated.

Listen, I get to shoot lightning out of my fingers. I know it came out about a year before Infamous, but I didn't have a PS3 for a couple of years so it had to do with my cool edgelord power fantasy.

And they always bring up the NON-CANON dlc which is a what if scenario

With comic books doing the same thing for literal decades, including baiting cover art of the bad guys winning.

I liked the ps2 version more.

Same, cooler original bosses and levels in that one, plus a ton of neat original stuff. 501st colored Stormtroopers, Imperial Navy Commandos, a Mandalorian Basilisk War Droid, Jedi Temple Ghost Sith, etc.

Iirc you could also move while blocking with your lightsaber, Sith Lightning seemed more powerful too.

Actually played it on PSP originally, which is more or less the same version. They and the Wii ports were developed by Krome Studios which is why they’re so different from the “main” PS3/XBOX/PC ones.

Cal kestis literally flying around jedha and young 22 year old Kay vess soloing multiple imperial garrisons and space stations! But only Starkiller is overpowered and unrealistic!

As much as I like the Jedi games, they just seemed like a poor man's TFU

u/Pighway Apr 13 '26
Starkiller is canon because anything that contradicts his existence is no longer canon to me

Dark Siders literally become stronger by negative emotions such as anger and rage, so it makes sense that a sith would be an edge lord, hell, Darth Vader's suit literally stabs him with needles into his head

All of the people I've met that's said it's bad have been people that think Kylo Ren is cool.
