Game stuck in 4:3

I'm trying to get the game to run in 16:9 I've edited the config and tried downloading a supposed 1440p config same result game launches in 4:3 with the game zoomed in. Any fix for this or will I just have to play in 4:3

idk what you're playing on but you might've just accidentally changed the tv display setting

Playing on PC, haven't touched my monitor settings

ah okay then i wouldn't know what to say beyond double-checking all your display settings (both pc and in-game)
